Payments: Payment in full is required within 48 hours of your invoice to confirm your order. Cook E Royale takes, Square, PayPal, Venmo, CashApp and Cash. If payment is not received; your order could be based on baker availability. Once payment is received; consumer has only 3 days of purchase to change or cancel an order.

Last Minute Orders: In the event that I can take a last minute order; a 20% rush fee may incur.

Refunds: Baked goods such as cookies, macarons, cocoa bombs, cake gems, pies and breads are perishable, all sales are final. Cook E Royale does not accept returns, exchanges or offer refunds. Once an order is place; refunds of any kind are not received. However, Cook E Royale understands events and plans can change. Refunds may be granted only within 3 days of placing an order. The reason for this is because there is a lot of time and planning that go into creating orders. Along with custom product purchases for those orders. If a client asks for a refund out of the allotted time frame and depending on the circumstance; Cook E Royale may offer an alternative; such as, credit toward another order depending on bakers schedule.

Every one’s taste is different. Cook E Royale does not accept returns or offer refunds for any orders merely because you do not like the taste.

Pickups: All pick-ups must be scheduled in accordance with City of Kennewick rules and regulations. Early or late pick-ups may be accommodated if you let us know in advance. All Saturday orders must be picked up by 12pm, unless otherwise scheduled. Cook E Royale is NOT responsible for any products that are damaged due to customer handling, storage, weather, or other situation after baked goods have been handed to customer or delivered.

Cookie Classes: All cookie classes will be subject to the recent COVID-19 pandemic. Cook E Royale follows Washington State Laws and Regulations. There are no refunds in the event we have to reschedule. However, I will do a Facebook live video so you will have the chance to complete your class.

Monday-Friday 9am-11am and 4-6pm

All pick-ups are by appointment only

Pre-Order Pick ups: Pre-order sales are scheduled for a specific date and time for pick up. If that date/time doesn’t work with your schedule, I’m happy to reschedule your pick up on the next available pick up date. You must contact Cook E Royale to schedule. Orders not picked up 24 hours after the scheduled pick up times will be considered abandoned.

No refunds or credits will be applied for abandoned orders.

Delivery: Orders may be delivered based on availability. There will be a minimum charge of $20 based on round trip miles from Cook E Royale, LLC to the venue.

Shipping: Cottage Food Bakeries are not permitted to ship their products. No shipping is currently available. 

Allergies: Our products may come in contact with allergens such as: eggs, nuts, such as walnuts, almonds, and pecans, peanuts, soy, milk, wheat, and coconut.
